Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Active Mom Wear AS. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and our extended refund practices.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your item(s) within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To use your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing within the 14-day period by email to activemomwear@gmail.com. You may also use the standard withdrawal form.

Returned items must be sent to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • You may try on the product as you would in a store, but it must not be worn beyond that.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may result in a partial refund or no refund.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or until proof of return is provided.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or washed

  • Final sale items (if specified in product description)

  • Gift cards
